Is The Night Sky Getting Darker During Lockdown? The Answer Is Not What You Think

​“We’ve been getting a lot of questions about whether light pollution has been impacted by COVID-19,” says John Barentine, Director of Public Policy at the Tuscson, Arizona-based International Dark-Sky Association, which is currently running a photography contest called ‘Capture the Dark’. “The short answer is that we don’t yet know definitively.”
